Customer Care Credit

At Basole, we value each customer and strive to provide the highest quality floral products. If something goes wrong with your order, we're here to help and will do our best to make it right.

A full refund is available if flowers are damaged or wilted upon delivery; wrong order delivered; delivery failed due to company's fault.
 Conditions:
Photo evidence of the issue must be sent to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Our team will review the materials and confirm eligibility for a full refund.

Refunds are NOT available if flowers are fresh and delivered undamaged; customer did not like the shade / color / subjective appearance; bouquet differs from the photo due to seasonality (replacement of flowers is maintained in style and color scheme); order was made individually; claim submitted later than 24 hours after delivery. 

Compensation is possible in the following format:
re-delivery / bouquet replacement;
credit or discount for the next order (10–30%);
partial refund (only in case of proven defect).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
